What I like most is "ease of approach" with these guys. Simple plain Whatsapp texts works well for communications and agreements. This kind of 24x7 service is impossible to see in Germany and this is what makes a customer feel much more comfortable. Its a real bridging the gap. Customer feels connected and know that his problems are taken care. I know Its hard to maintain like this but if you can keep continuing like this, I am pretty sure you will gain more customers and earn their trusts.

I could say very hard working from Phil. He found finance for my house even with difficulty of visa type and other constraints. Very big well known finance institutes gave up. wir haben seit langem eine Wohnung gesucht und jedes Mal haben wir keine richtige Beratung bekommen. Dann kamen wir in Kontakt mit Herrn Phil Leuci. Die Kreditgenehmigung kam so schnell und die Auszahlung erfolgte an einem einzigen Tag.Alles wurde so schnell und problemlos gehandelt. We were relatively new to the EU region and wanted to invest in real estate, one thing that scared us the most as any expat was the language barrier and the bureaucracy. Overall we had an amazing experience working with Phil. There were some instances where we got information from Phil that the realtor also did not inform us. Also, during the reading of the agreement, they were very transparent on what they would receive as compensation from the bank. If someone is confident sharing this information, it shows that they are genuine, do not cut corners and are fully motivated to provide a valuable service.

Another added bonus was that Phil has a partner Preet who was also available when Phil was sick hence causing no delays in the process.
