We had an absolutely incompetent site manager - and yes, he had a lot on his plate at the time, but the replacement wasn't interested at all.
We only received a rough construction schedule after running around for ages - if my parents hadn't been next door, the screed truck would have driven again due to the lack of a roadblock - the tiler didn't have a key and didn't speak a word of German - after 3 weeks of sporadic work, he was gone forever - site manager unavailable - replacement also!!!!!! After another 3 weeks there was a new tiler - finally - but he didn't do any silicone joints, only 6 weeks after we moved in !!!!!!
Nothing else has been done since July and now in week 2, for the 3rd time, no team has appeared.
Speaking of the crew - the crew didn't speak German either and weren't very motivated - Subler..... Brewas, however, since we took good care of them, at least the young guys made an effort and thanked us, unlike the Kapo.
Final assembly in July was great - but after 3 months at the latest we were told the rest would be done.
That would be:
Replace a WC (crack)
Repair a door frame
Repair the parquet where it stands up
Missing window sill in the living room
Cracks in the exterior plaster above the flat roof (2x) and on the canopy (1x)
Bellies despite masses of filler under skylights due to incorrectly installed panels
Generally recognizable even as a layman huge gaps in the corners and also between the OSB boards
OSB boards on the canopy were forgotten and attached by our house carpenter although the great site manager claimed that this was done by the plasterers - of course not, would then simply not have been plastered!!!! Or not plastered until today and our 14,000 euro fireplace has served as decoration all winter 😡
Schiedel for chimney acceptance was forgotten until September - a defective flue pipe was discovered and has not been repaired to this day.... I could go on writing but most of it is on Facebook.
In addition, the transition between parquet and tiles on the upper floor is 0.5 cm because our BL missed it like so many other things.
MfG very disappointed BV 22944
And above all more than subterranean communication - everything has been communicated x times by e-mail and photos - first no reaction for weeks and then excuses (I think the installation teams have accidents every day😂)
