I have been really impressed with the service provided to me by MW. Since the first point of contact (Alex Geist) to specialist he put me in contact with later (Anja Lampert). The help went well beyond the language problem (not speaking German) but was really effective and value-adding. I would have not been able to get to the results obtained with MW help. This is a very good tailored health care cover. All the head-scratching questions and difficulties I had were professionally solved, fast and in a very personable way, which made the stress of adapting to a new country I just arrived in so less. Want to use their services more and I can totally recommend MW based on my experience! Well done.

I had the most wonderful experience with this company I highly recommend it their personnel is very informative very helpful and very friendly and go out of their way To ensure you are well informed before making your decision they stay with you step-by-step it is incredible how much detail and attention they put to your case you feel welcomed and you feel like you are being cared for by your family member there is no reason for you to go anywhere else. Everything happened so smoothly.

They helped me to set up my insurance’s in Germany, from advice on which ones yes/no, to all the needed paperwork.
About one year later of being in Germany, I run in the need of probably using one of the insurance’s, I got in touch with them as it was gonna be the first time in my life using and insurance and kindly they helped me through out all the process, worth to mention as well that thanks to them advice about some additionals on one of the insurance’s, I got paid back, case that would not have been possible if it wasnt because of the additional.
Besides that, the comminication with them always has been quite kind, attentative and helpful, definetly a great help and people with remarkable human qualities.

I had the pleasure to work with Katharina for the private insurances of the whole family and it was great experience for me. First of all I was able to find somebody who can speak perfect English and due the fact that my German is not that good yet, I was able to clearly have my options explained. In the same time, Katharina was able to articulate all the pros and cons between different insurances but also how to make it the best experience and price for all of us keeping in mind the needs we had. I totally recommend.

Everything has been very easy from the beginning with MW Expat Solutions. The customer service has been very fast and very friendly with everything from start to finish.
Klaus helped me with my car insurance and gave me all the details about it taking into account my preferences. I was paying too much on my previous car insurance and he helped me to find better value for money alternatives, without having to deal with the insurers and the language barrier.

I came to Germany to take a masters degree not knowing about the conditions for applying for private health insurance and residence permit requirements. I struggled a lot in finding a health insurance provider to fulfill the requirements of the residence permit office. While searching online I came across MW Expat Solution Services GmbH. I worked with MW Expat Solution Services GmBH to get my wife and I a private health insurance and also sign up for private pension insurance. The services were offered in English completely. For the health insurance part, my advisor was very thorough in understanding my needs and recommended quite a few options. She also was able to zero down on the best proposal for me, given my dynamic needs. Most importantly, she helped maneuver a difficult public to private insurance transition for my wife which could have costed me thousands of zeros had it not been handled on time.

For my private pension insurance, the advisor spent 1.5 hours explaining in detail the insurance system of Germany, and offered a tailormade proposal suited to my needs. He was prompt in follow-ups and in accommodating my needs.

I would highly recommend them to nay expat in Germany who's trying to find what suits him/her best. They will not just save you thousands of Euros every year, but also make sure that your money is well spent on the right products out there.
