All meetings and communications took place in English, hence an Expat with limited German language skills can understand the process and available products/portfolios. The agent/personnel who handled my case is well updated, responsive and friendly!. So far, very good experience!

I can't say enough good things about this service! I had the opportunity to work with Katharina Spät who not only took the time to help me narrow down the best health insurance policy for me and my baby, but also went above and beyond to put all of the documents together so that I could be insured just in time for my transition as a freelancer. A massive thank you to her! Without her I would have had to stay with my state health insurance for an additional three months which would have cost me a huge amount of money.

At first, I was skeptical about MW Expat Solution Services GmbH. But then I realized that their payment structure revolves around service/referral payments associated with whichever retirement or insurance company they do business with. So they are incentivized to give good advice and become experts themselves, otherwise this model isn’t sustainable.

My wife and I have used their services for about a year now and are very satisfied. Please consider making your life easier if you are an Expat In Germany - Give them a call!

I have been really impressed with the service provided to me by MW. Since the first point of contact (Alex Geist) to specialist he put me in contact with later (Anja Lampert). The help went well beyond the language problem (not speaking German) but was really effective and value-adding. I would have not been able to get to the results obtained with MW help. This is a very good tailored health care cover. All the head-scratching questions and difficulties I had were professionally solved, fast and in a very personable way, which made the stress of adapting to a new country I just arrived in so less. Want to use their services more and I can totally recommend MW based on my experience! Well done.
