Costanza was incredibly helpful throughout our time with Hallesche. She was patient, knowledgeable, and always took the time to explain everything clearly, which made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. All the insurance agents working there are extremely professional and speak english which was really helpful in my case. Never had a bad experience when reachin out to them. My favorite agent is Alex Geist who helped me to land a great deal on my car insurance. He is really pleasant to talk to and he does a his job really well. Can recommend them to anyone.

All meetings and communications took place in English, hence an Expat with limited German language skills can understand the process and available products/portfolios. The agent/personnel who handled my case is well updated, responsive and friendly!. So far, very good experience!

I can't say enough good things about this service! I had the opportunity to work with Katharina Spät who not only took the time to help me narrow down the best health insurance policy for me and my baby, but also went above and beyond to put all of the documents together so that I could be insured just in time for my transition as a freelancer. A massive thank you to her! Without her I would have had to stay with my state health insurance for an additional three months which would have cost me a huge amount of money.
