At the same time, we’re sorry to hear that there were a few exceptions and that some interactions did not meet your expectations. We hope that the many positive moments of your journey will remain the strongest memories of your trip.

We also understand your comments regarding the short transfer times, particularly when travelling with luggage and a handicapped person. Connections in Switzerland are generally planned to make travel as efficient as possible, which can sometimes result in shorter transfer windows. For future journeys, it may be helpful to use the advanced settings in the SBB timetable, where longer transfer times can be selected according to individual needs and preferences.
