Excellent passes available and it was easy to book them.

I LOVE Swiss Travel Pass! It makes travel so easy and I don't have to worry about buying tickets every time I use the public transportation! Def will recommend this to my fam and friends!

My trip to Switzerland was outstanding. I had a great overall experience using the SBB application to make my travel arrangements. The Half Card worked very well. I do have a few suggestions for making the SBB application even better. Feel free to let me know how I can provide my suggestions.

We last visited Switzerland some 14 years ago on a fly/train package. We were able to purchase a Swiss Flexi-Saver Pass, which gave us unlimited travel on a set number of days and half price for the rest of the duration of the Pass. This time, we bought half fare passes, which suited our purpose better. however, it was difficult to fathom out which type of pass gave us the best deal for our ten day holiday. We stayed in Brunnen on Lake Lucerne, which is stunning. We stayed on a half board basis, which was good overall - although the altenative dinner menu choices did not vary throughout our stay, which we thought was was poor service. My wife stayed at this hotel 54 years ago, and whilst we were very happy with our holiday, we thought the hotel was looking a little "tired" and deserves some upgrade and refurbishment in the rooms. The lake steamers and motor boats were excellent as were the trains we relied on. Loved being back - but it is expensive!!

It would be really helpful to make train stations more stroller friendly, it took us a while to figure out the ramp walk at Interlaken ost while we had our connecting train in few mins, we literally had to run to catch the train with big luggage bags and stroller.

The train service was very good, running on time and everything clean. I do think the Swiss Half-Fare Travel Card is too expensive. We saved very little money when I added up what we paid for the travel card and rail half fares. There was no discount for senior people (over 60 or 65) - I think there should be a discount! We did enjoy our holiday in Zermatt and had a wonderful view of the Matterhorn on a most perfect day.

The service from staff at ticket centres and on buses/trains/cable cars was excellent. My blind companions and I appreciated their language fluency.

The Swiss Pass is good value for money if you are travelling a lot. It is easy to use. Would highly recommend.

Using half fare card was so simple. And the officers on the trian who checked them every single time were so patient while I opened the pdfs on my phone. A print out would have helped probably. But, really, loved everything swiss. Can't wait to be back here. Train travel in Switzerland is the best you can hope.

The beauty of Switzerland is beyond words. Switzerland public transport system is very good . Most secure place to visit alone or with family. Visited Switzerland second time and hope to come again.

Along with convenience, STC provided excellent and timely information on website.

On areas of improvement, I would suggest some of the flexibility provided at the physical counter, like ability to upgrade daily mountain pass (for e.g. Jungfraujoch pass) to 3 day pass, would help travellers, as such understanding is missing on the website.
