Words are not enough to describe the services I got.

When my relocation process starts, I started to search for relocation companies from Google and made some interviews but i didn’t feel that I will get a service that I can’t do myself at the first stage and will pay so much. Every companies were sending big contracts& conditions and I didn’t feel any of them will take so  much care about me. Then I decided to work alone myself which I very shortly understand is not a good choice. Then one of my colleagues offered Taunus Relocation was very helpful for him and that was a milestone for my relocation process. Otherwise I’m not sure if I  gave up to relocate or not.

When we first meet with Andrea and her famous bike, she spent an incredibly long time to understand what we need, what we want to do, what will make us happy and that was an incredible introduction meeting and we decided to work with Andrea since we felt that she will spend her time and energy for us.

In relocation process there are hundreds of things that you should consider and Andrea followed every single steps like your family member. Really I’m not sure even your family member can deal with you as much as her. She got the initiative for all steps; informed about the all probable problems and offered alternative solutions; immediately come to help you if you feel you are stuck  in any case. Sometime she really made me  felt like that I’m her only client.

Lots of issues arised in Germany after we made the contract which she took care but she didn’t ask anything for these.

I can’t believe still such  people are existing in the world. Her helps were really priceless.

My relocation  process finalized very smoothly by the help of her( actually I’m not sure who helped whom. She really created a life for me in Germany.)

Now I wholeheartedly believe I have a friend in Germany who I can have a coffee anytime ; have a mentor who I can ask for a help whenever I need.

Taunus Relocation Services was a great choice. We reached our to the friendly team after not being successful finding a place / or getting to viewings as me and my wife were both London based at the time.

The team Andrea and Annette helped us not just finding a suitable rental property, with the added benefit of being close to an international school.

The search process took only a few weeks and we signed our rental agreement 4-5 weeks into the contract. I thought this was a pretty efficient and well invested money. After accessing our needs, the team scanned the market and provided suitable properties off and on the market.
