Overall, the consultation was very pleasant and informative. The consultant, Ralf Hartman, was knowledgeable, friendly, and addressed our questions. The only drawback was that the allotted time was a bit tight.
However, it’s particularly worth noting that the consultant stayed about half an hour longer than scheduled without hesitation to address as many of our concerns as possible. This extra effort is by no means a given.

I was particularly satisfied with the materials provided, the casual and relaxed manner in which the training was conducted, and the open discussions within the group. This created a pleasant learning atmosphere where questions and different perspectives were always welcome.
The only minor area for improvement, in my view, is the pace of the training. For my personal taste, it could have been a bit faster in some parts. At the same time, the group was very diverse, so a faster pace probably wouldn’t have been suitable for all participants.
Perhaps a brief e-learning module beforehand or a knowledge assessment could have helped to better gauge the participants’ prior knowledge and, if necessary, form more homogeneous groups. However, I realize that this isn’t always easy to implement from an organizational standpoint. Overall, though, my very positive impression of the event still outweighs any minor concerns.

The live coaching session with Anna Helmbold and Martin Lindberg from Tic Tac Learn was a real highlight for our Greiner e-learning community. Instead of just explaining good e-learning design in theory, the two of them conducted a live audit of one of our actual e-learning projects in front of the group—this made the added value immediately tangible and directly applicable to our work.
With great pedagogical sensitivity, Anna identified what’s already working well in our course and where small changes can have a big impact. Martin then immediately demonstrated this in practice. Their many years of experience and genuine enthusiasm for effective learning were evident every minute.
A heartfelt thank you to Anna, Martin, and the entire Tic Tac Learn team—we look forward to continuing our collaboration and wholeheartedly recommend sessions like these.
