I would like to see more transparency here, e.g. in the form of a status display or automated response regarding illness, vacation and his replacement. I also had to point out several times at the beginning that some of my personal data was not correct. And if an answer should take longer, please send me a short info about the reason or when I can expect an answer. It's no problem if it takes longer. I just want to know. A little better communication and accuracy in data transmission and it can give 5 stars everywhere, because otherwise very good advice and support!
