In the first step, I was advised professionally and nicely. Secondly, the price was fair and in the green zone. Competitor offers were sometimes considerably higher. Third, the decluttering went very well. Was a pretty crowded 2 room apartment + fluir + bathroom + basement incl. removal fitted kitchen. Everything was done very quickly (three quarters of a day), cleanly and carefully. Very positive: There were enough employees from the beginning, all paid attention to older neighbors when they needed the elevator, it was all left clean and overall a sympathetic team who know exactly what they are doing. Thank you very much!

The support provided by Mr. Hartmann was professional and customer-oriented at all times during the entire purchase process. I would particularly like to emphasize the availability of Mr. Hartmann at any time - e.g. via WhatsApp. This made it possible to clarify queries quickly. Briefly about me, I am a tenant of an apartment that was sold through the company deinimmo.de from one owner to the next, so I can not write anything about the price-performance ratio. In my case, Mr. Schneider accompanied me in the sales process. I have never experienced such a polite, modest, unobtrusive, pleasant real estate agent. Mr. Schneider kept me informed at the appropriate times, always offered help with questions. Simply outstanding. Photos taken of the property are excellently prepared. Personal items that should not be in the photos were hidden. At all times I was included with respect and at eye level. Mr. Schneider is an outstanding, great person who knows his craft and executes professionally. If I had a property to sell, Mr. Schneider would be at my side as a partner as this company is. Great job, thank you very much!
