the first impression was very positive. However, the exposé was incorrect (wrong rent, energy class A+ instead of F).
To correct this or to learn the correct amounts it took many calls, emails and WhatsApp messages to the broker. Only after about 3 - 4 weeks, this was finally available.
The broker is very nice, but in practice difficult to reach and not very reliable (which does not leave a good impression).
Communication with the accounting department worked great.
