Very fair consultation. Mr. Häntzschel addresses all wishes and questions so that there are no uncertainties at the end of the conversation.

I cannot judge the price-performance ratio. In any case, we were well advised. DeinKlaus took enough time to clarify all our questions. He also recognized insurances that were too expensive and recommended others that were not only cheaper but also offered better protection. We can only recommend this insurance broker.

My Klaus is more than the typical insurance broker. He is always available, even after the deal, proactively reviews existing contracts and offers me even more suitable products. I always have the feeling that he's not trying to talk me into anything, but is using his in-depth knowledge to get the best deal for me.

Mr. Häntzschel usually takes care of things quickly and is always available to answer my questions about my insurance. I have only received no feedback from and for several days until it turned out that he was sick. I would like to see more transparency here, e.g. in the form of a status display or automated response regarding illness, vacation and his replacement. I also had to point out several times at the beginning that some of my personal data was not correct. And if an answer should take longer, please send me a short info about the reason or when I can expect an answer. It's no problem if it takes longer. I just want to know. A little better communication and accuracy in data transmission and it can give 5 stars everywhere, because otherwise very good advice and support!
