The health and satisfaction of the people in a company are the key factors for the future. ...Due to the ever-increasing level of stress caused by the ever-increasing pace, work compression and information overload, mental and stress-related illnesses have now become the largest proportion of sick days among employees.
As a member of the "Fachgruppe Unternehmen" in the MBSR Verband, the association of mindfulness teachers in Germany, I support companies on a daily basis in helping their employees to better deal with stress at work and in everyday life.
In doing so, I incorporate many insights from my own more than 20 years of experience as a sales executive. Studies show that a mindful corporate culture contributes to a healthy working environment and promotes cooperation as well as self-reflection of the individual.

Well-structured course with thorough introduction to different ways to live mindfulness applicable in everyday life. Bodyscan, meditation, yoga ... are presented and guided on an equal footing. Further focus on stress management, learning to understand how stress arises, what patterns and mechanisms are at work, and what influence thoughts can have on the experience of a situation. Very helpful in preventing stress from escalating in the first place.

For me, the MBSR course was a very positive experience.
Through the yoga exercises and the meditations, I learned to calm my body and to focus on the present moment.
In my previous daily life, this was often lost. I worked through one task after the other. And with each task, I was already thinking about the next one. In the evening I couldn't switch off my thoughts about work, the night was often not enough to recover and in the early morning it started all over again with the work... A vicious circle.
If you feel the same way, I can highly recommend the MBSR course with Dennis.
Dennis is a careful, reliable and vigilant seminar leader. The documents are immediately available. He reminds and informs quickly and reliably. The entire organization of the courses is very professional. For questions during the practice time between the course days, Dennis is always available and answers promptly, even in person in the meeting or phone call. Since the fields of work can be very profound for emotions and soul ,this is a very elementary quality. I felt taken care of and valued at all times!
Overall, MBCL is a valuable addition to everyday life, but one should have some prior knowledge. I did an MBSR course beforehand and was therefore able to follow the tasks quickly. The content of the MBCL course is very comprehensive and I now have a lot of tools in my hands. Dennis has also made all the meditations available as audio, so that the participant can also access the exercises later. This also makes the course very sustainable. I wholeheartedly recommend Dennis. It will certainly not be my last collaboration with him.
The MBCL course with Dennis was very enriching. With the knowledge from MBSR, this course was a very profound work with oneself and the environment. I was able to take a lot from it for myself personally, grow from it and get to the bottom of some beliefs. I live rather rural and am grateful for the online offer. Dennis succeeded in connecting us as a group from the beginning and creating a good and compassionate basis of trust.
The course content builds on each other and was provided to us as a file (worksheets, meditations) to review after each session.
During the 8-9 weeks I was able to get to know myself a little better and I take with me as a great benefit the review of my beliefs, a rethinking and review of attitudes in compassion with myself and other people in my environment.

The weekend of senses, calm and mindfulness was a highlight for me at the beginning of the year. The course units were optimally timed with meditations, movement exercises (yoga) and mindfulness exercises. There was also always enough time for valuable exchange and own leisure activities. Saturday evening ended with a cultural excursion to the center of Dresden and an excellent dinner. The 3 days were super organized by the hotel in terms of food, accommodation and wellness. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. Dennis Alter convinced me again this weekend with his way of imparting knowledge and the selection of mindfulness exercises. I can only recommend this weekend.
It was definitely an experience. Already after the first weeks, changes were noticeable, such as dealing with stressful situations. The exercises are practical and can be easily implemented. For me it continues, because the topic is very important for me and also a piece of healing.
Dennis has a high level of competence and such an honest and appreciative and at the same time cheerful and confident manner that the time spent in his courses and the personal encounter were a real enrichment for me and encouraged me, despite initial skepticism, to take mindfulness seriously and integrate it into my life.
