We thought until a few years ago that we were well taken care of with various insurances that we already had for years. Until we became aware of this very competent, friendly team, which is very friendly and, above all, personally assists us in the conclusion of new insurance policies. One call is enough and we know exactly that someone from this great team is on our side. There were sometimes complicated things to clarify and someone was always able to help. The best insurance broker I have ever had! Super helpful, always available, very patient and above all he has a very pronounced expertise. From my own experience, I had an accident that was not my fault, which has not been resolved to this day, Mr. Packhaeuser has taken on this case and got the best possible result out for me. A very clear recommendation on my part, my future insurance only with this nice gentleman! At this point again a big thank you for the nice care.

For years, we have had all our insurance policies with Mr. Packhaeuser and co ... Especially the customer orientation and transparent comparability of offers obtained from different companies is a great added value. But the most important thing for me is the direct contact person, who is available for all questions by phone as well as by mail and always answers promptly. That is no longer a matter of course these days. Thank you for that at this point.

After reflection and presentation of our situation, we have worked out for all a super compromise (Kfz Verdscherung etc.) and are very satisfied with it.
