After a good six years of home care (continuously) for my now 98-year-old mother, I was faced with the urgent need for a three-week prevention care for my mother, who has no experience in these matters and has ideas like in the 19th century. In Deutsche Seniorenbetreuung I found an excellent contact person to whom I could present my concerns, wishes and goals and who fully reflected to me the possibilities in this regard. Since I had no previous experience with this situation, it was all the more important that I had the feeling and the knowledge that I was being taken seriously and that I was being represented in the care in my sense. If already the initiation (already before Covid 2019) was excellent verbally and in writing, it was and remained all the more reassuring that even after the decision for a found procedure and a (Polish) caregiver, it continued just the same, especially with the contract reviews and the billing process.
In Ms. Nicole Fritz and Ms. Maria Beutl B.A. I had two empathetic contact and support partners with whom I could discuss everything 1:1. The supervision and monitoring were very good. I always had the feeling that everything was on the screen and could be taken over and responded to by other colleagues, which also happened in one case. Promises made are definitely kept as they were made. Deutsche Seniorenbetreuung is absolutely reputable and I can only recommend it.
