I am absolutely happy to have this possibility to ask for help, and that's why I really appreciate your job. I am thankful for the support given in a difficult period of life. Nevertheless, I must admit that I had some difficulties with people who didn't want to accept the answer: "Thank you, but no. I don't need your help." Some of them were difficult to get rid of. But the rest were very supportive and sympathetic. So, again I am very happy with the support and understanding.

The help and support from the Deutsches Pflegehilfswerk was incredibly nice, competent, uncomplicated, friendly and relieving in our situation. Our caregiver was there for us within a very short time, she immediately settled in, took care of our father in an exemplary manner. After a short time, she was, quite simply, a member of the family. We are happy to recommend the Deutsche Pflegehilfswerk in good conscience and have already done so, our caregiver subsequently worked as a caregiver for a family friend of ours in the village. Thank you very much for your professional help and support.

Recommendation is a clear YES!
Am disappointed that we got a nurse who barely understands German. Just that was important for us and there we definitely did not get what we wanted. The price for the caregiver is therefore clearly too high.

After being taken in by a dubious provider, I switched to the German senior citizens' aid organization. That was the first time we saw how things could be done differently. I felt understood right from the start. All my questions were answered patiently. The contact never broke off. We were quickly provided with many good personnel suggestions. Prompt reply to the mails at any time. Every employee always knew about our "case". I am very relieved to have found competent and above all serious partners in care.

Always responsive!
He was able to help quickly and reliably at the beginning and organize the support.
In the course of cooperation with the agency offered, I was not always satisfied with it.
I can recommend the German care support agency and would choose it again.
