Mr. Pomrehn from Deutsches Pflegehilfswerk explained the services and the process to me very patiently and comprehensively and also offered me some profiles of caregivers that were relatively well suited to my needs analysis. However, as I had the opportunity to find a caregiver through independent contacts, I did not pursue this route for the time being. However, I would start my search again at any time via the Deutsche Pflegehilfswerk.
