We were looking for 24-hour care for our 93-year-old mother. Out of ten available offers, we finally decided on the Deutsche Pflegehilfswerk, as we had gained a reliable and competent impression of him after the telephone calls with Mr. Alexander Pomrehn and felt that we were in very good hands here. Unfortunately, the originally planned caregiver could not make her arrival as planned. Already on the day after next, after consultation with Mr. Pomrehn, a substitute was on hand, which turned out to be a stroke of luck.
The caregiver, whom he had introduced to us in advance in writing, was very friendly and extremely caring and cordial in dealing with our mother. Our mother felt very comfortable with her.
Unfortunately, despite her advanced age, our mother passed away somewhat unexpectedly for us.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Pomrehn once again for his excellent mediation and the constant help he offered us in discussions. We can only recommend the Deutsche Pflegehilfswerk Willich.
We did not make use of the service, as this was provided on site by the caregiver (therefore neutral evaluation).
Kind regards
Siblings Schmitz
