Yes...so how do you describe something that is actually indescribable! Hypnosis with Jana was definitely the best decision I could ever make for myself and therefore my life!!! 🙏🏻😍🔥 Just the decision FOR it has already triggered so much in me. This journey and this path with Jana was indescribably beautiful, intense, emotional, liberating and sooooo enriching. If I had to explain hypnosis in one word, it would clearly be "FEELING"! It was only through feeling that I was able to understand, let go and heal 🙏🏻♥️. Hypnosis is like a stone that you drop into the water and which continues to make waves, bringing new insights and experiences and allowing you to constantly grow beyond yourself! Since then, I have gotten to know and love myself again. I have been living my life much more intensely since then, perceiving more and feeling more. Jana is such a special, compassionate and understanding person who simply carries the sun in her heart. Hypnosis is magic! I wish this wonderful experience for everyone. Jana has completely changed me and my life and given me back the most valuable thing in life...ME!!!♥️ I am now back at the helm of my life and no longer make my happiness dependent on others or the outside but from the INSIDE and learn to hold myself. I decide! I trust myself again, burn with joy, listen to my intuition again, love myself incredibly and have so much energy for what is yet to come! Now an even bigger journey begins, now my second life begins! 🫶🏼🙌🏻🔥♥️

My journey with Jana began with the PURE weekend in November 2023. The flyer had found me and without having to think twice, I had already signed up. The PURE weekend was amazing and really took me out of my comfort zone. On the first day, it was already clear to me that I wanted to go to Jana for hypnotherapy. From her first email to the individual appointments, I always felt very well looked after, safe and informed. I knew what I was getting myself into, or at least I suspected it ;o). Although my head and my mind had told me otherwise, I went to every appointment. I wasn't feeling well before the appointments, my mind rebelled. But Jana's empathetic nature and her clear words motivated me.
I am so glad and happy that I dared to go through the process with Jana. After the 6 sessions, I feel freer, lighter, more at peace with myself and the amazing insights I still get, even weeks later, are amazing. Almost nothing triggers me anymore, I no longer feel personally attacked and I can deal with my main issue of rejection much better. Thank you so much dear Jana for your support and input. I am so enthusiastic about hypnotherapy that I have now also signed up for Jana's training. I'm really looking forward to it.

I came up with two themes: " I want to belong" and " what tricks the sting of the scorpion".
I was impressed by the balance between letting people talk and the clear goal-oriented questions during the 1st session.
And then it started. I only had a vague idea about hypnosis. However, the explanatory video had already allayed my fears. The experience was amazing: I stayed totally in the here and now and yet was deep in the past. Jana was a great guide, always an offer, never a must.
Regression and forgiveness work were my aha-experiences.
I found answers/solutions for both topics. This is totally liberating and gives me security.

The group hypnosis at Ina Schüttke's retreat made a deep impression on me. Beforehand, I had some doubts as to whether it would all work and how I could get involved. Jana is super emphatic and very professional, I felt like I was in good hands and it worked really well. The energy in the room was magical. During hypnosis, I was able to work on an old issue and forgive it. This piece of the puzzle was still missing. I am moved every day by the fact that I am more in balance and have a much better connection to myself. All in all, it was a healing experience with an absolute heartfelt recommendation.

The group hypnosis that I was able to experience with Jana Merten at the live retreat as part of my training as a holistic gut therapist was, without exaggeration, a life-changing experience for me. Jana managed to make me feel bigger, freer and more alive than ever before as a result of these two hypnosis treatments. I now allow myself to be authentic (especially on the internet) without thinking too much about what other people might think. I am more aware of myself, have gained more self-confidence and stand by myself and my values much more. I finally started to take myself and my needs seriously and was able to forgive not only other people but also myself during forgiveness hypnosis. Dear Jana,
It is sometimes difficult to put into words what changes, as it is often "only" a feeling or something in the subconscious. But I can still remember very well the helpless, anxious feeling I had when I came to you for my first consultation. Hand in hand with it came a whole list of physical symptoms.
A lot has happened since then. I've worked a lot on my life and myself, because that's what's still in your own hands... walking the path and engaging with what comes up in the sessions.

Thank you for your loving and comprehensive support. You believed in me when it was difficult for me and were able to see the strength in me. I wouldn't say that I am completely back to my old self today, but I am a much better new version of myself. Fear has suddenly turned into courage and helplessness has given way to confidence in life and in myself. The dizziness, the back pain, the nervous bladder are all a thing of the past because they have lost their threatening nature.

You can't put it into words, except to say one thing: Wow! It is painful to look where it hangs. When you walk the path with Jana, you feel incredibly liberated and strong.
Jana was always there for me. Even unasked she contacted me to ask me how I was doing.
Jana is empathetic, warm like a sister or good friend you can tell anything to. Jana drills down to the problem, gets to the root of it and kicks it in the ass so it can go away.

I had an individual hypno-therapy with Jana over several sessions. Jana is an insanely sensitive and empathetic person and you can see her passion for the subject directly. I have been dealing with certain issues such as self-worth, self-acceptance and also problems in interpersonal relationships for several years, which I could not solve on my own or only very slowly. I hoped to be able to make faster steps forward through hypnotherapy.

At the beginning I was skeptical and also a bit afraid, because I didn't know what to expect, but finally curiosity and the desire for change won out. I was also afraid that it wouldn't work for me because I'm an insane head person. Yes, you have to be able to get involved and let go. That's a basic prerequisite for achieving the best possible effects here. The trusting atmosphere that Jana created right at the beginning definitely helped me to do that.

Especially the forgiveness work with Jana has changed so much in my life. Previously problematic family relationships have now become much easier. I am now much better at accepting and embracing issues that I can't change, setting boundaries better, and have become more forgiving, which actually translates into easier relationships in general.

What was really amazing for me was that through hynpnosis, feelings come out that I have never felt like this before in my life. Security, confidence, trust in life. I was winged and never wanted the feeling to go away. :-) Jana's tools and meditations for self-hypnosis have become an essential part of my everyday life and I don't want to miss them anymore.

I am very happy to have chosen the journey with Jana. Even though some changes have only become noticeable over time, I realize that hypnotherapy with Jana has changed quite a bit in my life. Jana is an extraordinary person and her work is just wonderful. At the beginning I was skeptical and it was a big step. During the therapy it was just special. It is beautiful to experience how the body "independently" carries out the processes that Jana initiates in hypnotherapy. Of course, the sessions are also exhausting, that I will not leave out here. Overall, it was a wonderful journey and it helped me very well. And it is not an exaggeration when I say that I would like to go to her the whole year. I once said to her: "One session with you is like two weeks of vacation". Simply because after the sessions I felt so recovered and so in balance with myself. A heartfelt recommendation and I would always entrust myself to Jana again.

I found Jana because I just couldn't get any further. I had previously worked through my past in countless hours of therapy and also understood from my mind that nothing of this happened out of malicious intent. And yet I never came to feel that it was "ok" what happened. The inner child work and also the forgiveness have enabled me to make a personal quantum leap on all levels in my life. I was able to forgive from the bottom of my heart and and my fellow human beings. Through the inner child work I have gone so deep, to the source. I am infinitely grateful for this journey with Jana. At first I was very skeptical whether I could be helped with my issue of extreme anger and sadness that has been present for years. But I was completely convinced by the hypnosis treatment. I am now able to enjoy my life much more openly and freely about 6 months after treatment.
Due to her empathetic, trusting and sensitive manner, I felt in good hands with Jana at all times, both during and outside of the treatment. Jana always radiates an extraordinary calmness during the treatment.

A lot of work was already behind me, but I was looking for someone who could really work with me in depth and hold me in a safe space....and that can Jana!!!With hypnosis lead through deep processes, hold the space, so that all that can show what is to be released, what no longer serves! Transformation of old fears, of keeping oneself small....for me a very important part was the forgiveness work....super valuable.I say today, we were at the root!It was allowed to heal insanely much and still does!Deep work also needs time for integration.Thank you Jana, for this journey with you!!!!
