Ms. Polujanska and Mr. Luckhardt provided us with excellent support in finding caregivers for two different care situations. We were very satisfied with all of the caregivers—four in total. Even after the placement, both of them were always available as points of contact. We also really appreciated the initial consultation, which included an on-site visit to assess the care situation. At the same time, we regret that transitions do not always go smoothly. In our 24-hour staffing model, it can unfortunately happen that caregivers who have already been confirmed cancel at short notice or withdraw for personal reasons. In such cases, we must react very quickly and try to find a suitable replacement as soon as possible, which—despite our best efforts—does not always succeed without some delay.

We had a caregiver for our parents from Eastern Europe through Pflegefairmittler. The care was largely calm and stable. If any problems arose, the agency was there to help us immediately, whether in the evening, at the weekend or at Christmas. There was always someone available to help with problem solving or language communication problems.

Very satisfied during my mother's care. Responded to my mother's personality and found a suitable caregiver.
Change of carers without any problems.
Regular contact with the caregiver, as far as possible with my mother and with me.
Previously had another provider where the points described above were not a matter of course. Many things only worked there on request.
