In this case, the advice and booking were particularly challenging in terms of processing. The tour operator cited technical problems that made it impossible for everything to run smoothly.
My consultant Ms. Heinrch gave her all and went beyond any time limit to make the desired trip possible, which was great customer service.
We have been completely convinced of the competence and the friendly, reliable handling for years and can recommend the ''Reiserei'' without any restrictions. Thank you for that!

I always feel welcome at the "Reiserei Hönow". Mrs. Grabolla is very friendly. She asks specifically about my travel wishes and sends me lots of suggestions online. Even if I then decide on a completely different country and her preliminary work was in vain, she reacts professionally and goes the extra mile to ensure that I get the vacation I want. As a family, we have been booking our trips through "Die Reiserei" for several years now. During this time, the premises have already been changed twice, but this has not stopped us from continuing to have our trips organized by the colleagues at "Reiserei".
We personally like to put ourselves in the hands of Ms. Jasmin Stieding again and again. She is a very competent young lady who always gives us the feeling of being the most important thing for the moment. She always responds to our wishes with great pleasure and conscientiousness, takes a lot of time and makes it feel almost familiar.
We know that there will always be competent advice in her rooms and that we will have a wonderful vacation.
We usually book two trips, one for us as a couple and one with our granddaughter.
We can always be sure that they will be wonderful trips that will make us happy.
