Two points struck me as decisive innovations in the renovation program of roter GmbH: The renovation project is viewed and processed as a complete thermal unit.
And secondly: the entire material purchasing for the various trades is handled by just one office and all work is monitored and recorded by just one site manager!
This saves time and money!
