I have been using Telefonhelden for a year now. Since I had previously taken the phone off myself as a lone fighter and it was simply too much I got the support of the telephone heroes. And I must say, it has me enormously much freedom provided I was so glad about this great relief. Of course, it is simply a pure telephone answering service, which can not cover any technical topics or can only give limited information but for the purpose of coping with the calls simply super. The phone is answered in a friendly and competent manner.
In the meantime, I have an employee who now takes over the telephone service on site, which for me is simply of a higher quality sooner or later.
However, I would fall back on the telephone heroes at any time, should I need them again.
Overall, the price-performance ratio is top.
