Making better use of potentials as an extrovert and of extroverts is not only the message that was conveyed in terms of content. Also the implementation that can be directly experienced in the coaching makes the content usable in my everyday work and accompanies me in many situations. In his refreshing presentation, he was able to convey exactly what he is himself - credible and likeable. Through thorough preparation, he was able to sustainably motivate the newly formed sales team to look at things from a new perspective. A further collaboration is planned for 2018.

Mr. Schnaubelt understands in a unique way how to work out people's motives together with them and how to actively involve them in daily life. His kind of trainings and coachings are of highest level and added value for the own development. Nothing is left to chance and the adaptation into one's own everyday life - whether professional or private - must always be ensured.

A day of training with him is like a week with another coach. His coaching sessions get to the point and support one's own development in a very valuable and goal-oriented way.

The value orientation, benefit generation and quality are at the highest level. Mr. Schnaubelt is not a trainer for further education consumers, but for people who want to experience a development.

For me one of the best trainers and coaches in Germany. Our entire team is trained and accompanied by him! A thousand thanks for that! Because you are an essential part of our success!

Seminar: "Intensive Sales Training" The seminar was very well prepared, conducted in a structured manner and open to all concerns of the course participants. The expectations and goals of the participants were worked out together. The mix of industries of the participants allowed me to look beyond my own nose and take away further impulses for myself. All in all, a highly recommendable training.
