In February 2022, I was overwhelmed by my first panic attack. Followed by anxiety and harsh obsessive thoughts, my life was suddenly no longer the same. For months, I tried lots of different coaching sessions & nothing really worked. And then I came across Dieter - it changed my life. After just 2-3 weeks on the program, I felt the first improvements. Panic attacks were a thing of the past in no time and thanks to Dieter's help I was able to get the annoying issue of obsessive thoughts under control very quickly. He is able to explain the topic in a sensationally understandable way and in the joint coaching he always takes new steps to help me get into the recovery phase. The program is really great. Not only do you learn a lot, but you also get concrete instructions along the way. The interplay of theory and practice is very important here and is taught very well. Everyone needs help sooner or later in life. If you are dealing with anxiety, I can highly recommend Dieter Walter's program.
It is not a miracle pill that is clear. But with Dieter you have someone at your side at all times who doesn't tell you what you want to hear, but what you have to or should do. Which is unfortunately not the case with many therapists. You learn a lot, starting with the nervous system and the symptoms that are related to it. You feel heard, understood and above all not alone. After just a few weeks I was able to get to know my anxiety better and to WORK on it. The price is well worth it.

I would definitely recommend him because he has a lot of knowledge on the subject. Although there are some mental coaches on the market, he gives me the feeling that he has the most expertise. Definitely highly recommended.

Dieter Walter is really one of the very few experts in the German-speaking world who really knows a lot about anxiety disorders, obsessive thoughts and other psychological problems. His uniquely light approach to supposedly "complex" issues makes working with him a very pleasant experience. Personally, he has always given me the right impulses and techniques to break free from the vicious circle of anxiety in the most difficult phases of my life.
