We all have our issues in life. Over the past 10 years, I have developed a method combining the practices of mindfulness and meditation with elements of personal development and happiness research. In my coaching sessions - in courses, workshops,... lectures and individual coaching - I accompany people - privately, as well as in companies - in their desire for real change and the reduction of stress and negative emotions. Always goal-oriented and adapted to the reality of our modern life.
I was pleased and relieved about the objectivity and objectivity. I can handle facts well because they are credible. Dirk's openness impressed me and I could identify with much of what he said. He also made all the information easy to understand. Great seminar! And the food was also mega by the way! :)
I went into the day seminar with no expectations and was still positively surprised.
The seminar did me a lot of good and I will definitely take part in another course or a private lesson to do something good for myself!
Whether you believe in it or think it's bullshit, everyone should have done such a seminar!
I thought everything was very coherent all in all. It would be nice to have a day two that builds on the last course.
I liked the day very much and can also recommend it without reservation.
Point benefit above, I have not fully evaluated, because yes also the own pig dog belongs to the benefit.
I did not rate the consulting, because it did not take place in this context.
Nevertheless, there were many AHA effects.
I think that I will visit again, in which course or in what form I do not know yet.....;-)
Hi Dirk, thank you very much for the great seminar yesterday. Now it is at home -> practice practice practice. Yesterday I had massive pain in the area of the thoracic vertebra. My concentration and attention suffered a bit because of it.... Nevertheless, I enjoyed the seminar and look forward to the deepening. Have a nice day, LG Stefan.

What has convinced me in summary is the pragmatic approach of the Buddhist teaching of psychology. I am very grateful for the experiences I have had so far in the courses and in everyday life through what I have learned and can only recommend it. The intensity with which I want to deal with mindfulness and meditation I determine individually. There are no strict guidelines here. I can say for myself that it brings a high degree of quality of life in every day that I take the time for me to meditate and cultivate mindfulness in my everyday life.
Hello dear Dirk, my best experience from the basic course was:,,I learned that I have constructed my emotions myself. This becomes quite exhausting in the long run if I don't counteract it with mindfulness. Conclusion: practice mindfulness every day. Thank you very much for everything and best regards Antje Kuschke
Dirk is the best teacher when it comes to decoding your own mind. "Happiness is learnable" is not an empty phrase but a program! Dirk brings with his experience, his authenticity and his relaxed nature an absolute added value in the form of knowledge in your life.
The lovingly designed monastery makes every course an experience.
I have been attending Dirk's courses for years. So much has changed for the better in my life since then. I have developed, freed myself more and more from my limitations and I am still going on. For me an indispensable weekly time, where I constantly get input for my own personal development, where I am pointed to so many possibilities how I can continue to work on myself to actually live my intention to be happy more and more. Dirk addresses a variety of personal characteristics from today's world, which occupy each of us and from which many of us suffer. His approach is very understandable and he knows how to take each of us on the journey to happiness, that is, to a suffering-free state. It is like coming home every week after sitting in the seminar for 2 hours. It is an extraordinary seminar in an energetic place with incredibly inspiring people.
I started the basic course completely inexperienced, with the goal of finding inner peace and being able to better deal with unwanted emotions. Dirk manages to convey the aspects of mindfulness and meditation with a lot of passion and personal experience in a relaxed, sympathetic and funny way. In theory, through clear examples and with practical exercises. I am now happy every day about the new way of perception, awareness and the many new methods to deal with the stimuli.
I can't really put it into words. The single course evening is hardly over, and you're already looking forward to the next one. Everything is just great, the course content, the atmosphere and the way Dirk conveys the course content. You just have to experience it yourself.
I have the feeling that I have discovered a valuable treasure for myself and was able to really change my thinking, emotions and behavior in a currently difficult life situation. I was completely neutral and had no expectations of what exactly to expect in the course. I was positively surprised and could already take away so much. That's why I booked the advanced course directly.
Because I would have liked to get a little more practice in everyday situations. But that is also clear to me that you can not yet map in a beginner course.
