Dirk Rosomm's books offer crisp impulses and reflections to get straight into action. Dirk manages to make people actually engage with his topics. He takes the heaviness out of the subject of change and also the fear of failure if the first step is not successful. My favorite quote from his book "Making transformation doable" is right inside the cover: "Change is not devaluing the past, but adapting to the future". For me, this reflects the appreciation with which Dirk Rosomm accompanies change processes.

Dirks 3 day seminar "UmsetzungsKRAFT" is so much more than expected. It is a deep dive inventory of where you are in your life, a guided reflection, fast-paced with no escape route, Dirk is keeping you on track on your path of discovering yourself and he is doing so using his ingenious tool "Teamplay". Teamplay sheds light on blind spots and opens perception. New perceptions open up new possibilities.
100% recommendation for anyone who is serious about change.

If you are ready to take a loving and at the same time mercilessly honest look. Then this seminar can be the "GameChanger" for you.

The mindfully guided process helped me to recognize deep-seated patterns and get a clear sense of what it takes to create real change for the better.

If this is also your topic, then you are more than right here.

I almost don't think I can really foresee the extent or the effects of this intensive workshop yet. But I already know one thing: this is a milestone experience...and I thank you, dear Dirk, from the bottom of my heart.

Dirk Rossom takes you on your transformation journey right from the start. Through crystal clear storytelling and tangible scenarios, he creates a direct relationship to the situation and resolves it almost playfully together with you. He seems to look directly into your soul and takes you gently by the hand. A strong and charismatic coach, with whom you too can safely tackle your transformation.
His image of the inner team on the playing fields of life is a successful alternative to the image of the inner child. I would therefore like to thank Dirk for this experience and can recommend him without reservation.

The seminar with Dirk in Munich on Kraft3 has brought min in the three days further than 1.5 years of therapy. Dirk creates a safe space that invites and encourages sharing and solving personal issues. The Teamplay method illustrates any issue, problem, fear or doubt so clearly and at the same time resolves it in such a straightforward way...it is truly a magical moment every time. Inventory, order, solve requires full commitment in the three days. But it is 100% worth it.

Just looked again repeatedly at the "Leading Transformation Congress 2023" by Dirk Rosomm and Co. What can I say: Simply thank you! Super compilation of speakers. I especially liked that it was not just a "front to back" lecture, in fact I was invited to go directly into implementation with concrete tools like the fallback plan by Prof. Dr. Axel Koch. By the way, not only applicable with companies, but also super with my patients. Very strong imputs and what I see as the supreme discipline: the Q&A session. This is where good and bad congresses separate. This is where the quality of the speakers quickly becomes apparent. 6 out of 5 stars!!! What an outstanding compilation of speakers dear Dirk Rosomm! Many thanks for it! P.S. It is worth watching the lectures several times. I always discover new exciting ideas for my job and for myself.

Simplify or fail - The Power of Simplicity

With his latest work, Dirk Rosomm has once again succeeded in making a dent in our thinking worlds. I'm always thrilled by the "image violence" in his books, which push the gate wide open and allow his content to dock directly in the brain's twists and turns. Thus, impulses are set and own thoughts can grow.

Several times it has fallen like scales from my eyes what has prevented me in earlier situations to achieve even more effect. He has held up the mirror to me several times, so that I am much clearer for myself and can take another step in my own transformation.

The guest contributions from masters in their field such as Michael Ehlers, Dr. Frederik Hümmeke, Yvonne de Bark and Markus Hofmann, to name just a few, are also terrific. The breadth of expertise is unparalleled.

This book belongs on the shelf of every manager and change expert!

2 days with 6 absolutely exciting sessions. Rarely experienced such a high density of quality, and especially in short impulses. The subsequent expert discussion was even more fruitful than the already excellent impulse -> definitely keep.

The only slip-up, unfortunately, was Amina Meineker's contribution. A bit of teasing of the topic with the hope of marketing the solution in the follow-up business was unworthy of the two days. The topic could have been interesting if it had been approached in a general and scientific way. First of all, the suspense was built up by a long intro story and then the solution was not delivered as to how the brain frequencies can be controlled from the outside. Even Dirk's efforts and Ömer's restraint couldn't save this, but at least it came out what it was all about.

The topic blocks were great chosen and super combined. I have noted pages of impulses (even some triggered insights) - not only for my professional everyday life but also for me personally! I praise the structure: 10 min impulse lecture, 10min discussion, 10 min questions from the audience. I was always so intrigued that it almost felt too short. But exactly this "brevity" brings the content pleasantly to the point. All in all, a terrific added value for me! Thank you very much!

Dirk Rosomm's book is a real guide to the modern business world. He not only explains why change is important, but also gives practical tips on how to implement it. The 'Glorious 10 of Transformation' show which topics are important today, and the '21 Hacks' offer concrete help for everyday life. With contributions from various experts, the topic is examined from different angles. In short, a great book for anyone who wants to succeed in today's business world.

Dirk's book is, in my opinion, a MUST-HAVE for anyone involved in transformation in business. Although it has no claim to completeness, it almost is. Besides the modern, graphical presentation, the book is always an eye-catcher. It is full of information and methods that cannot all be implemented or learned in one fell swoop. So it is a good companion on the journey to NewWork. I also like the guest articles and interviews with other experts. So I give it 5 stars and an absolute recommendation. Thank you Dirk for this compact book!
