I don't understand exactly why customers are ordered at a time when the TÜV is blocking the system. I know that the MOT is important, but perhaps it can be organized differently.
And I'm surprised that my Yaris was cleaned inside, including the dashboard up to the windshield, and my Lexus was also cleaned, only the part between the dashboard and windshield was left out. Maybe it was just luck on the Yaris ;)

Very friendly staff and they take a lot of time for you. Unfortunately, I found it a pity that all-weather tires are refused because they have too many winter tires in stock.

From making the appointment to picking up the car after the inspection, my assessment was
"very good". However, I found the price level of the entire service to be upper-class cars.
I have been a regular customer in Bitterfeld for many years. Problems with the vehicles were rare. And when they were, Mr. Berger took care of them. He has always found solutions to my complete satisfaction. Keep up the good work and many thanks to him.
The atmosphere in the dealership was very pleasant. The advice was excellent and tailored precisely to my needs. From inquiry to delivery, Mr. Mai was a competent sales consultant who had my complete trust.
The service, including online appointment scheduling, was fine. However, the costs for a replacement workshop car are too high - also in view of the general price trend. There is also no information about this on the website.
Appointment was kept, friendly service at vehicle handover.
Open questions concerning the car were answered and solved to my satisfaction by Mr. Friedemann!

I had my car in the workshop and am satisfied with the performance, but unfortunately not with the service. The workshop appointment was made about 3 weeks in advance and it was agreed when I dropped my car off that I would pick it up exactly 1 week later on February 12th. Unfortunately, I did not receive any notification that my vehicle was not yet ready. It then took exactly 1 week until I was able to pick it up again.
