Very friendly, competent and comprehensive advice and support. If you want an all-round carefree package, this is the place to go. We live abroad and could not be on site during the sale. I in NRW - small apartment for sale in Nuremberg/Bavaria ...
Contact Dobler-Immobilien via eMail and phone.... and you never have the impression of distance.
Mr. Dobler not only knows his stuff, he also knows how to meet me as a somewhat impatient customer with patience.
Admittedly, it would perhaps be a bit more favorable elsewhere.
But if you feel understood and if you feel you can trust, then I was in good hands as a seller-customer and was well served. ThankYou!

We have been able to notarize several larger residential properties or residential complexes through DOBLER Immobilien for our family office in the last 3 years. The company is different than many in the industry. Very well trained and very well wired in the market. All properties were offered on an exclusive basis and were actually deliverable. Unfortunately, that is rare with others. After an LOI, I quickly obtained an exclusive to safely review the purchase. During the checks, Mr. Dobler actively supported me and professionally created the data room. In our real estate search, we will continue to use this professional broker in the future.

The company Dobler Immobilien helped me a lot with the sale of my home. From start to finish I felt comfortable and in the right hands. Incredibly friendly and professional staff always had time and an open ear for me when it came to advice or the like. The sale was handled quickly, professionally and most importantly discreetly, so in the end all parties were very satisfied. I can hardly imagine that there is a comparable broker in the Nuremberg area as far as the complete package is concerned. Only to recommend and in the future gladly again!!! :-)
