High quality of advice in the field of hearing acoustics, dedicated effort to find the hearing aid that was exactly right for me, even if this meant additional time. Information on the special features of individual devices as well as detailed instructions on how to use them. Everything takes place in a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. Contact with other employees, e.g. when making appointments, also took place in a very accommodating manner. I can recommend DOCKs without reservation.

Great and fast service, incredibly friendly and trained staff. Although my glasses were older, they were able to repair them. That speaks for a modern spirit in the sense of sustainability!

I have been wearing a hearing aid on the left since 1994, and only recently switched to Hörgeräte Docks. I was given a very friendly reception and really very good advice, although I did not buy my current hearing aid there. I use two smart phones, but have not been able to use them to make calls for a good 3 months because my hearing has continued to deteriorate. Ms. Pusch found a solution within 3 weeks and I thank her very much for that. I will be very happy to recommend this business anytime, because when someone finds a solution for my very complicated hearing situation in such a short time, it is really nice to be able to trust them.

Excellent service, very competent advice and excellent selection of glasses. I have been a customer for many years and have always received the 'perfect glasses'. The team takes enough time for this and always gives me excellent advice. That's why I also took my father to Docks when he needed a new hearing aid. He is so satisfied that he regularly travels 150 km to Docks for advice on his hearing aids and to take advantage of the personal service. Absolutely recommendable!

The sheer endless patience and friendliness of all consultants is amazing. In particular, they do not do other tasks in between during the consultation, so that no annoying interruptions occur, which is why the rare feeling is conveyed, here the customer is still king!
