I had to wait initially longer for an answer, because there was probably a lot of rush, then they took care of a warranty claim, which was rejected by Adria. So a goodwill request was made which was also approved. An appointment was made, I brought the vehicle there, a short time later the motorhome was ready. Since it was difficult for me to come to Bliesen for the pickup, Mr. Jansen offered to pick me up at home. A service I had never experienced before although I had not bought the vehicle there. For me it is certain that Reisemobile Dörr will be my first address around the motorhome in the future. Especially the warranty department and Mr. Jansen, who has only recently become After Sales Manager there, have provided a great service.
