Dominik and his whole team are really great. They are true experts and the interplay of exercises for mobility, breathing, nutrition and stress management hit pretty much all modern diseases. The videos are very detailed and comprehensive. The community platform lays the groundwork for a sense of community.
Despite the excellent content and top-notch coaches, the concept was a bit too anonymous for me. The successes are not individually checked by the coaches and also basically the participant is on his own. Of course, the coaches are available at all times and respond within a very short time. Nevertheless, I missed some individuality. The exercises are geared towards the masses, which works for the vast majority, but I would have liked a customized training plan. To be fair, I have to mention that I was so busy at work and could not attend all the calls. I participated in some of them and with 10+ participants, that was not the framework to address individual topics.
I can warmly recommend Dominik and his whole team. However, self-discipline and time should be brought along.
Thanks to the new morning routine, my back pain has improved considerably. It is therefore up to me to continue to consolidate the exercises and stay on the ball. I wish the team and all participants a lot of fun and success.
