I got to know Doro Plutte as a speaker at an SI event on the topic of attitude. Her energy is inspiring and contagious, she herself demonstrates the attitude she wants to convey and makes her presentations so lively and vivid that all participants can take something away for their everyday lives. Through interactive exercises, not only the mind but also the body is activated.

We had a great training with Doro in a small group on the topic of "Confident Appearance in Front of the Camera". Many tips I can also implement after the workshop; due to the small group size Doro had time to support each person individually with advice.

The training with Doro inspired me to feel more comfortable in front of the camera. Her input and her calm and extremely sympathetic manner and especially her empathy towards the fears of the training participants were super valuable. Over the course of the training, we all saw great improvement and Doro was happy for each person. Her feedback was extremely valuable and above all honest. I look forward to the next training!

I heard Doro live for the first time as a moderator at the Christian Leadership Congress and I was immediately thrilled and very impressed by how she conducts interviews with a great deal of empathy, even on very personal and difficult topics. She combines technical and social competence, professionalism and empathy, clarity and warmth. In addition, a lot of freshness, charisma and a discreet homage. A brilliant mix! I recommend her with full conviction to friends who want to get ahead in terms of communication, appearance and impact and who also have a professional relevance for this.

I already knew Doro Plutte as a presenter from past events, where she had already impressed me with her natural and confident manner. Therefore, I was even more looking forward to the individual coaching in her studio in Mainz. And also here my expectations were exceeded. Doro took enough time to first work out my personal questions and objectives together with me. Then we went directly to the individual topics. Doro gave me many valuable tips and impulses that were applicable to my individual situation. Since her studio is technically super equipped, we were able to record the individual exercises and I could thus perceive my own progress in terms of body and voice use even better. The time went by incredibly fast and I am thrilled how much I was able to learn in a short time. A great recommendation to everyone who wants to develop sustainably and in line with their type!

Doro is a very professional and warm trainer. I took a moderation/video training course with her and came away from this seminar very satisfied and confident. In the theory part I was able to learn a lot of new, useful things and also got one or two insider tips. In the practical part there was direct feedback on what I learned and applied and I never felt uncomfortable the whole day, as Doro has a very friendly manner and created a great feel-good atmosphere. I will definitely book her again for an advanced course!
