Dr. Anna Rostomyan

I got to know Dr. Anna Rostomyan in my last semester as Head of Psychology department at Media University, Berlin, Germany. In this position I was responsible for hiring new teaching staff and also planning the curricula and subjects of each semester for several student classes in B.Sc. Media and Business Psychology and M.Sc. Business Psychology (English).

Dr. Rostomyan applied for a position as external lecturer, and I couldn't be happier about it. Not only did she show a very friendly, professional and reliable style in any communication and action, moreover the concepts she proposed for the lectures were way ahead of what other lecturers usually offer.

Her vast experience background from science and practice was used to offer a great mixture for the students, including state of the art lectures, practice business partner projects, and APA Style written short papers for a joint publication in a journal.

One of the lectures she took over was the second part of a two semester practice project, for which I did the first part. Based on all my experiences with her, I trustfully and happily handed over Dr. Rostomyan the responsibility for my lecture/project and students.

I strongly recommended Dr. Anna Rostomyan to my predecessor for further lecturer assignments and keeping her in the pool for future professor positions at our university, and samewise I highly recommend Dr. Rostomyan for any position in academic teaching, research and business fields in the sectors of HR, Management, Leadership at any institution or organization.

I'm deeply impressed with the knowledge and skills Dr. Anna has, and how in a subtle way she is making me think about subjects I never worried before. I hope to improve in the next assigment.
The only problem I have, it's probably on my end, I always have trouble to join the virtual meetings, maybe it's my computer.
