I was blackmailed over the Internet, fell for scammers! Should pay this very much money, otherwise my illegal order, which is supposedly at customs to the police will be given! When I was already incredibly desperate and got a panic attack, by this psychological pressure of the blackmailers, I called the office, had to leave my name and phone number and was called back within 5 minutes by Dr. Brauer. He immediately said that they are scammers and that I should block them and stop writing. I did that immediately. He was able to calm me down a lot. I am very grateful for that and also for the quick callback! Thank you 🙏🏻

After I received a call from the police the evening before and was blindsided that the public prosecutor's office and customs were investigating me for illegal importation of medicines and that I should come to an interrogation the following day
I called the office first thing in the morning, described the facts and that I needed a short legal advice from my appointment at 19:00, whether I refuse to testify, speak out or how I proceed here. I was assured that a lawyer would contact me in the course of the day. When I called again at 16:30 and asked when the lawyer would get back to me, I was told that he would try to contact me in time. Unfortunately, I was never called back. If I had known this first thing in the morning, I would have looked for another lawyer! The charge is not about a peccadillo out of very stupid circumstances and for me it would have been really important to know how I can avert the criminal charges!

Had a very friendly, comprehensive and actually free initial consultation. In my case, no lawyer is necessary for the time being - that was explained to me openly. Others might have been able to make a quick buck off me here. This intention was definitely not pursued here. Full stars!

I always had a contact person
I was advised in a friendly and competent manner even when I asked several times (even on weekends) or late in the evening. Attorney Bass has also always tried to calm me down when I thought the world is now coming to an end. The best thing was that he was able to convince the prosecutor of my innocence through his personal commitment and his persistent manner. I am very THANKFUL!

After contacting the office by phone, I received a quick call back from attorney Mr. Neumann, who advised me very competently and in detail in a long phone conversation. It was even necessary to have a second conversation, which also took place at very short notice.

In October 2021, I would be charged with an offense against the BTmG. After a very quick and uncomplicated contact via WhatsApp, I would be called back 15 min. later. I described my problem to Mr. Bass. He clarified me about everything in great detail, costs and procedure. After I had sent him all the required documents by email, he took over the case. After a negative drug test, which was based on his recommendation, he was able to work out a complete discontinuation of the proceedings after three months. It was the best Christmas present for me in a long time. I have to say that this young team of lawyers really knows in detail which form of defense is the best. You could tell right away that Mr. Bass is passionate about his job and that he is highly trained. ...I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm. Thank you again at this point...
