I think that Dr. Fassbender went to great lengths with the difficult ShareWood case, especially by making a trip to Brazil to see the situation on the ground. The information provided to the clients was also detailed and relevant. I am grateful for his efforts.

If a team of lawyers takes the time and uses their own money (flights, qualified talks, research, etc.) and works UNDER the cost recovery to help a large group to justice and possibly to save their investments, only with the prospect of possible success and a small profit sharing is that in today's times of selfishness, greed and enrichment by fraud (Sharewood / Mr. Möckli), etc. a lichtvollen and praiseworthy exceptional phenomenon! I understand each skeptic, one is often enough already on "Good-belief" fallen in, because everyone believes gladly in the good in other humans and not in Niederträchtigkeiten, but sometime everyone is branded by not so good experiences. Here I have in any case the feeling (also from a personal conversation out) there someone really wants to help, and for a lump sum of 300 €, I am just positively taken! Just like the commitment of Jonas Schneiter, you can only find such people, who subordinate their work to a higher goal - to help a community to its rights - with the finely adjusted goal-finding magnifying glass and cannot value them highly enough! - My Sharewood-Fazendas F20 and F21 are completely gone - deforestation and self-enrichment by Herrne Möckli contrary to his statement expressed by email - and nevertheless I AM THANKFUL to Hr.&Fr.Faßbender for their commitment (otherwise I would not know anything about the state of affairs) - and also for the further prosecution of Hr.Möckli, even if my investment is gone, I am interested in a fair processing outcome in this case! MANY LOTS OF THANKS to Mr.and Mrs.Faßbender (and Jonas Schneiter!) for your efforts!!!!

I have come to know Dr. Fassbender as an unusually good and fair lawyer.
He advised me well in a difficult situation and always put my interests higher than his interests. He was concerned that I get my rights, and not that he gets as much revenue as possible. In concrete terms, he first tried to reach a conciliation and out-of-court settlement instead of suing right away. In the end, I had to go to court, and the settlement included clear clauses that allowed me to obtain my rights without any risk.
