I found it great how structured, focused and clear the topics were brought to the point by Kerstin through targeted questions and attentive listening. Helpful were the concrete tasks of the Coaching Academy for the preparation of the live coaching, so that after 2 hours the focus of the business model was already there. The Karma Coaching (thank you very much for that, dear Kerstin and dear life!) has brought me some new helpful impulses and insights! What was very great and very helpful for a goal-oriented coaching, were the modules that Kerstin has unlocked me from her academy in advance. Here we had to answer some very deep questions. In the coaching we took them up and thus followed a common thread.

An aha moment at the end of my 10 coaching hours with Kerstin probably best expresses what she offers:
Situation: walking with a friend I hadn't seen for about 3 months. I give her an update of my last weeks and realize that she doesn't even understand what I'm talking about. And I realize at that moment that within 2-3 months a vague feeling, an unclear vision has turned into a tangible business plan. I had internalized so much knowledge in that short time that it seemed like it had always been there! Incredibly effective and professional work is possible with Kerstin Gernig! Anyone who wants to implement a vague idea is 100% right here. And I am sure that Kerstin has much more to offer in her 52 week coaching. When I have implemented my current plans, I will certainly book more programs to expand the business idea.

I did the positioning coaching with Kerstin and she did a great job of helping me to position myself clearly as a coach. We worked out my very personal strengths and abilities and she was able to give me new, profitable perspectives in relation to myself and my career so far.

The best thing about the coaching: I achieved my goal. We clearly worked out my individual positioning as a coach. With a clear target group and a tailor-made offer, I can now move forward.

I experienced Ms. Gernig today at the Berlin Entrepreneur Day. She radiates incredible professionalism and, by her own admission, stands by her focus. In my opinion, anyone who needs a "human touch" is out of place with her. Anyone who wants to be coached by her without chichi is definitely in the right place.
