Through the training with Dr. Marco Zeiger, I have not only improved my skills in the areas of conversation, argumentation and conflict resolution, but also developed a deeper understanding of the importance of non-verbal communication.
I also appreciate the individual attention and constructive feedback I received from Dr. Marco Zeiger. He addresses the individual needs of each participant and gives practical tips for further improvement.

Marco takes a lot of time for you and responds precisely to your individual needs. In addition to the theoretical input, which he works through very clearly with you, the practical exercise phases are very helpful. The absolute highlight for me was that he was able to mirror the people 1:1, even though he didn't know them. Afterwards, when I actually put them into practice, I realized that he was able to reflect them and the situations even better than I had imagined.

I booked Dr. Marco Zeiger for a presentation training course. Even the theoretical preparations for the upcoming presentation far exceeded my expectations, because even in the first session I gained immense confidence that the presentation would be a complete success. Marco Zeiger quickly familiarized himself with the topic and I received such helpful tips from him that in the end I was very confident in my own presentation. In the end, the presentation was unfortunately canceled. Here Marco Zeiger was incredibly flexible and gave me a wide range of suggestions for our remaining session. I chose a communication topic and again gained many valuable insights that I will use in my day-to-day work. I am highly satisfied and recommend Marco Zeiger without reservation.

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent communication training Marco has provided over the past few months. His expertise and guidance have significantly contributed to my professional growth and has highly improved the overall communication within my team, too.
Marco has the unique ability to convey complex communication strategies in a clear and practical manner which made the learning process very enjoyable. The personalized feedback he has offered was not only insightful but also actionable, enabling me to make tangible improvements in my communication skills which I then was able to bring to my team.
Every time I reached out to him with my troubles (I work in a young tech. Start-Up with an internal team that mostly works remote) he was able to guide me back onto a good path, made me feel understood and he always fostered an environment where I felt comfortable and left each session more confident and highly motivated.

Dr. Marco Zeiger conducted his course in a very structured and targeted manner. Everything was explained clearly and in detail, he answered all questions and gave lots of tips, including for personal concerns. I also really liked the fact that he took a lot of time to answer questions.
The time management was great! A short break was also planned. The course was the perfect length. Not too short and not too long. Just right!

Dr. Zeiger is very friendly and polite. He shows great interest in his participants, he doesn't make you feel uncomfortable asking questions at all.

I found the course really great and would be happy to attend other topics/courses again.

I took part in Marco's strategy workshop and got a lot of input in a short time that I can build on. The ebook that was provided to me helps enormously to work through the content afterwards and to deepen it. Marco puts a lot of emphasis on picking up people where they are at the moment. Working with Dr. Marco Zeiger was entertaining and a lot of fun.
At the beginning, he presented a structured plan that showed me what content to expect and in what order. We stuck to this plan, which suited my way of working very well.
Nevertheless, there was always enough room for flexible adjustments. The coaching was well thought out, both in terms of content and timing.
His experienced view from the outside enables insights that are difficult or insufficient to achieve on one's own.
As a result, I have a good concept at hand, which I can adapt and apply in many variations, especially for my work.
Marco was committed and creative in the concrete elaboration of stories and strategies.
The joint brainstorming and the implementation in different formats resulted in very valuable ideas for me.
I can recommend working with Marco without reservation!

I took advantage of Marco's services in the form of a longer 1:1 training. After the first introduction, he analyzed my skills, worked out my goals together with me (if they were not yet fixed) and made me an appropriate offer. In the course of the training, we always maintained an appreciative, respectful and friendly relationship. I was able to explain my own concrete issues and together we developed solutions that I could implement. I was already able to notice professional changes during the training. Especially nice: the training was over when I had understood the topics and could implement them. Through his great sense of proportion, focus on what is important and very good, effective strategies, we improved my skills and achieved goals. I took the Masterclass Networking & Small Talk with Marco and was able to take away many new and interesting aspects for me. Marco presents the topics professionally but in an open, relaxed and easy-going way, so that you can follow him well and everything is easy to understand. By asking small questions in between, the audience is encouraged to think along and the content remains present for longer. He was also very responsive to questions at all times. I look forward to working with him again!
