Working with Dr. Marco Zeiger was entertaining and a lot of fun.
At the beginning, he presented a structured plan that showed me what content to expect and in what order. We stuck to this plan, which suited my way of working very well.
Nevertheless, there was always enough room for flexible adjustments. The coaching was well thought out, both in terms of content and timing.
His experienced view from the outside enables insights that are difficult or insufficient to achieve on one's own.
As a result, I have a good concept at hand, which I can adapt and apply in many variations, especially for my work.
Marco was committed and creative in the concrete elaboration of stories and strategies.

After the first introduction, he analyzed my skills, worked out my goals together with me (if they were not yet fixed) and made me an appropriate offer.
