A whole new attitude to life, finally free from heavy legs thanks to liposuction by Dr. Zimmermann. A few days ago I had my 6-week check-up after liposuction on my thighs and I am really delighted with the result.

Dr. Zimmermann has a great deal of sensitivity and was able to perform the operation particularly gently and carefully, so that the healing process went unexpectedly quickly and smoothly despite my genetic connective tissue disease. I am incredibly happy and relieved that I opted for the surgery and for Dr. Zimmermann.

My legs feel lighter than they have since childhood and I am happy about it every day. My motivation was health and not aesthetic, but the result is also great in terms of appearance: the bruises have already disappeared and the legs have a perfect shape and contour, a great plus! Before the operation they were heavier and less evenly shaped than my rather wiry upper body, now the overall picture is harmonious. The skin is now also firm and smooth, you can no longer see any unevenness as before.

Dr. Zimmermann gave me very trusting and honest advice and also explained to me that he could not guarantee how much of my complaints would disappear as a result of the operation and how much would come from my underlying condition. He also suggested that I wait for further specialist appointments for the lipoedema diagnosis.
Nevertheless, I decided to have the liposuction as soon as possible and got an appointment quickly, as I simply felt unwell every day with the symptoms. I had been plagued by heaviness and pain in my legs for a long time, nothing helped (dietary changes, compression leggings, exercise) and I was sure that the cause was lipoedema, which had increased after pregnancy. Since I am slim, the lipoedema diagnosis and how much could really be removed was not so easily visible; but in the end it was much more than expected, despite Dr. Zimmermann's gentle approach.
In any case, I would make the same decision again. I can finally enjoy my everyday life again, concentrate at work instead of just waiting for an opportunity to put my legs up, and feel much lighter and more mobile when doing sports.

It wasn't an easy decision for me, I was scared of the risk and also whether the surgery would be worth the cost, and I'm really glad I took the plunge. Dr. Zimmermann was very empathetic and I felt like I was in good hands during the whole process. I am very happy about my successful treatment and would now like to share my experiences. The topic of male breasts (gynecomastia), which also looked female, was a burden for me for a long time.
