I had severe sleep problems and was totally exhausted. Regina made me realize that my hormones were not balanced and that this could be the cause of the exhaustion. I always thought before that my condition was normal. Thanks to Regina I now know that this is not the case. I was able to change some things with her help. I can now sleep well in and through the night and many other symptoms have improved significantly. I am very glad that I did this and can only recommend it to every mother who has similar problems like me!
Really good. I feel much better than before. Especially my constant sleeping problems are gone. The content is super well prepared, questions were answered in the live sessions. I only found it a pity that I didn't have more personal contact with Regina 1:1. I would have had to buy the more expensive version for that. Unfortunately, that was not in it.

My big problem was sugar and coffee. I needed both to get through the day somehow.
