From the very beginning it was a very pleasant and friendly contact. At the personal meeting with Mr. Schmidt-Bovendeert we felt very open, competent and seriously advised. He took a lot of time and answered our questions in detail. Directly the next day we received a feedback of the circumstances that still needed to be clarified. Viewing:
We quickly got an individual viewing appointment (NOT a group viewing!). The meeting was very friendly and focused. In addition to the planned apartment, we were able to view another free apartment in the same house in a very uncomplicated way and in the same appointment. Top!

Contract & Handover:
We had more extensive pre-contract meetings and felt that our ideas were listened to. The apartment we chose was then prepared and the handover was very detailed and professional.

Service:
All mails were answered quickly and extensively. There was transparent communication.

We would 100% recommend this service to our friends & family.

She always accompanied the sale of our apartment in a very friendly and competent manner from the first contact to the signing of the purchase contract. Questions about the sale were answered quickly and professionally. It was also possible to contact Mrs. Thyssen at any time.
