The "Stress You Right" seminar gave me a protected space to reflect on myself and my behavior, thoughts and feelings in stressful situations. I was particularly inspired by the personal examples and experiences of Jacob and the group. Through strong questions and exercises I can further fill my method suitcase, which can help me in stressful situations in the future. The support before and during the seminar was very personal and loving. Thank you for the intensive time!
The stress seminar is really about YOU. About your dreams and goals, it is intense and exhausting, but incredibly enriching if you let yourself go. Your emotions will be on a roller coaster, you will experience joy, doubt, lightness, but learn techniques to optimize your own handling of stress. There will be issues you need to work through in the aftermath. It releases energy 🤩
The seminar was life-changing and mega professionally organized. Impressive and effective methods and tools were passed on, which invite to immediately participate and maintain. There is a sense of lightness conveyed in addition to the entertaining theory. Which was so good. Thank you very much for the impulses and the transformation.

With Drachenberg you get the content in a pragmatic, down to earth way (classical school/trainings setting with flipcharts, desk rows, work book), but the content itself, the methods and tools are super inspiring, helpful and relatable. You get out of it with a clear view and concrete ideas about how you can better cope with the never ending flow of information, workload, to do‘s and insecurities around you. Moreover, you get a clearer view on who you are, who you wanna be, whats important to you, where you want to focus and how you want to live your life.
The topic of stress competence affects everyone, and the Drachenberg Academy team presents the content and tools in a totally interesting and realistic way. The personal examples of Jakob and Bea helped me a lot in understanding. The seminar has brought me personally further!
The entire organization in advance as well as on site was just perfect. The location is cool, unfortunately the acoustics are a bit tiring or make you pay extra attention :-)
Jacob is a very good storyteller, who you meet at eye level and who knows what it's all about. The whole team is great, I would take them all with me.
The training itself moves a lot in the participants. A lot of potential is uncovered. I am sure that really everyone had at least one AHA moment and also a moment that stimulates further reflection. I am very much looking forward to the second part of the training in April and am very grateful to have gotten to know the Drachenberg Academy. This was certainly not the last time.
The training as a stress mentor has brought me a lot further. Great and valuable content, which not only brings me to a new level in the topic of healthy stress management, but from now on I can also help other people better deal with stress. It's simply incredible how much you can learn from Jakob and his great team about "healthy stress management". You get so much mega helpful input, which you can also apply 100% for yourself. The team taught me the basics very professionally in the first days of the stress mentor training. The environment and the protected room are almost perfect, only the size of the group made me a little suspicious at first (just under 30 people). In conclusion, however, I can say that a trusting atmosphere made very valuable discussions possible. I am looking forward to the next session!
Perfect organization (contact person, location, materials). Good overview of the content on the topic of dealing with stress and the perspective on it. A lot of exchange within the group on very personal topics, which you should be willing to engage in. A lot of input to put the topic into practice or to accompany others.
