A workout that I can recommend to anyone with lots of fun movement and rousing music. You are so motivated and full of energy that you want to put what you have learned into practice straight away. Thank you Frauke and Sharon, the weekend was so much fun.
I really liked the choice of music. Frauke and Sharon are very friendly and professional coaches and were able to explain and teach Drums Alive very well. However, for me as a beginner with very little drumming experience, some of the choreos were too complicated and fast.
All in all, however, I was able to gain a lot of good experience and take away ideas for my own fitness classes.
The training with Drums Alive was simply great. So many exercises and helpful tips and the whole thing was a lot of fun. Hanka, our trainer, was super great, her motivation and good humor got everyone involved and even the more strenuous sections were a mega success. After this course, I immediately felt the need to put everything I had learned into practice and am now looking forward to working with the children. I would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat, as it gives you an incredibly good feeling even as a private training and you are simply overwhelmed with feelings of happiness when you do it. Thank you very much for the great experience

The training was very varied, between theory and practice and wonderfully relaxed and with a lot of humor. It was great that you could do small tests in the group to put what you had learned into practice. I am looking forward to further courses.
DrumsAlive is really suitable for everyone and is also fun. Everything a woman needs in life is trained, e.g. hand-eye coordination, fitness, memory, rhythm....
