My wife and I first experienced the service of Dybeck Immobilien through the successful rental of our property. When our desire to sell arose, we turned to Ms. Dybeck, who first implemented a sound market value assessment for us and coordinated a marketing strategy with us.

We were very satisfied with Dybeck Immobilien. Mrs. Dybeck and her team impressed us with their friendly, approachable, informal and obliging manner. If we had any questions, we could always reach a contact person. Our questions were answered quickly and competently at all times and creative solutions were found.
The previous tenants of our property were also dealt with sensitively and in a solution-oriented manner, so that all parties were satisfied in the end.
We felt in good hands at all times and are convinced that we can continue to turn to the Dybeck Immobilien team now that the purchase has been completed.

We were supported by Mrs. Dybeck and her team during the sale of our parents' house and were extremely satisfied with the way of cooperation and the final result. Regular feedback on the state of affairs and the professional way of working confirmed our confidence that we had chosen the right partner for this brokerage assignment. Mrs. Dybeck and your team were also always open to take personal aspects of the sale of our parents' house into consideration in the continuing process. My contact with Ms. Dybeck and her team actually came about by chance through an Internet advertisement. This, or rather the company's website, met my desire exactly in dealing with the topic of "emotional sales - matter of the heart".
I had very high expectations, but these were exceeded in all points: Appearance and handling, empathy and reliability, market knowledge and pricing, professionalism, also with regard to photo shoot, exposé creation, viewings, etc. - that's how you wish the process and the result as a customer. Ms. Dybeck and Mr. Warning took over the discreet marketing of our property and that was the best decision. All our wishes and ideas were taken into consideration, with a lot of tact and empathy. We had complete trust and did not have to worry about anything or about anything at all. Mr. Warning's sensitive, calm manner and keen sense of design really impressed both us as sellers and the buyer and made us feel very comfortable. Thank you very much for everything!!!!

Very good support throughout the entire process. There was always feedback on the current status and next steps. We felt very well and equally represented as buyers. Mr. Witkowski made all appointments possible, whether on weekends or in the evenings. He dealt with all queries and requests in a friendly, courteous and quick manner. In case of difficulties (3rd party, offices) he stayed on and found solutions.
We can really recommend both Dybeck and him personally as a contact person.
