An advanced course would make sense. At the level at which we work at employee level, I think we need even more aspects of mental training, even more hypnotherapeutic aspects, even more impulses that not only concern time organization and self-management, but even more self-management in the direction of self-leadership. This is due to many customer contacts with people who are impaired / have existential hardships and problems. E-trainings are the optimal solution to provide specialized knowledge "in between in everyday work" in a short time for many employees* as multipliers. Thank you.
