Easy-Tutor

Our children have been using EasyTutor for a long time. They don't need regular tutoring in a particular subject, but rather spontaneous help from time to time. If they don't understand a difficult subject, have missed a complicated lesson due to illness or have gaps in their knowledge shortly before an exam..... then we like to use EasyTutor.
The spontaneity is what we like about EasyTutor. Most of the tutors are incredibly nice and competent and the children are happy to choose them again when another lesson is needed. Yes, they rarely had a tutor they didn't get on with - but as you're not tied to a particular teacher at EasyTutor, you can easily try another teacher next time.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied and can only recommend EasyTutor.

First of all: the tutors we have booked are really OK. We have 2-3 that we use regularly and with whom we have good contact in the meantime to arrange further lessons.

Now that the IT is supposedly done in-house, booking is a disaster. The booking confirmation doesn't work, an error message appears in the browser, you can't rebook because the desired time has of course been removed by the system; and then you receive the booking confirmation by email. Costs unnecessary time and nerves. This problem was supposed to be fixed in the spring.

What is even more annoying, however, is that the payments no longer work at all and in the meantime there has been a huge price increase. The payment date, which had worked for 1 year, is changed without information, then debited twice, then once at the end of the month and suddenly again at the beginning of the following month. Contacting them is a disaster. Mail and WhatsApp are apparently forwarded, but it takes weeks for a response. The response from customer service (a credit note is to be issued) is different from that of the accounting department (we won't be debiting anything next month). The fact is, I have paid twice.
There is no feedback. I am now going to draw the attention of the consumer advice center to this company, as unfortunately there are always discrepancies at this point.

After the trial lesson it was already clear: EasyTutor turns math from a dream into a dream. After the first few lessons, my son realized that math can be fun and that no teacher at school had ever managed to show him the arithmetic in such an easy and understandable way before. His fear of math tests has disappeared, he has gained inner confidence and his grades have improved by 2 levels. Thanks to the friendly and patient tutors, my daughter finally understood subjects like physics and math and improved her grades. The flexible online sessions were super practical and helped her to learn more independently.

Apart from a few initial technical problems, we are very satisfied! It's really helping my daughter with her math. Of course, the number of hours available to each tutor varies. The support is always quick and uncomplicated.

Everything was great, the person I talked to was very nice and friendly.

If you have any questions they help you straight away, they are very nice and helpful our daughter enjoys it and she can put it to good use at school and at work

My son hasn't been with us for long, but after the first lesson he was already very enthusiastic about his tutor. We think it's really great that some of them also have a video of themselves as an introduction. This allows the child to see straight away whether he likes the tutor or not. I also find it very practical that you're not just tied to one subject, so you can also use one or two tutoring sessions for a minor subject.
What I personally also like is that there are also some tutors who give extra tuition at the weekend. This gives you a lot more options if you have so many appointments and long school hours during the week.

The customer support responds quite quickly, whether on the phone, via Whatsapp or email.
