easyJOB is extremely flexible and provides us with excellent support in easily implementing the various requirements of our customers. The individual tools and applications are well thought out and designed with a lot of know-how. In the many years we have been working with easyJOB, we have received excellent support from particularly competent employees. We have recommended the software with conviction and will continue to do so.
We have been using easyJOB in our event agency since 2021. For us, the program has made our work much easier. The deeper we dived into the program, the faster our work processes became. It facilitates not only the preparation of offers but also the invoicing, in addition, we constantly have a more accurate overview of the personnel hours that arise on the respective project. So far we have not used all the available features, but we are slowly discovering them more and more and are all (the whole team) excited about how easyJob supports us in our daily workflow and even takes complicated work processes off our hands.

9 years ago we were faced with the decision for an agency software and looked at what was available on the market. There were many tools on the market that were visually chic and had modern marketing. When testing the functions, only easyJOB convinced us - a well thought-out and versatile structure that was noticeably built with a lot of expertise and feedback from the industry and is constantly being further developed. Since then, we have been working reliably and very satisfied with Because Software AG, which has recently once again proven itself to be an absolutely crisis-proof and long-term stable partner. We only decided on easyJOB a few years ago - which, I can say today, was unfortunately many years too late. When we introduced the software, it was initially not clear to us what easyJOB could do. We only found out and learned to appreciate it over time. So it is worthwhile to deal intensively with the agency software. Today we are very happy with the investment and I have to admit - with a twinkle in my eye: The many, many years without eJ were wasted years.
For us, easyJOB is a leading system for professional project controlling as well as for the decisive control of the entire accounting processing with enormous time savings. The introduction of digital processes in the project area as well as in controlling is a resource-saving change with added value. Actual data from the project area and the associated link with the accounting data represent a considerable simplification.
From implementation to support, we were supported with quality and a high level of know-how. Particularly worth mentioning is the ticket system in support, where inquiries and queries are answered promptly and competently. Fortunately, the support takes a lot of time to answer our questions and/or solve our problems. You can tell that expert employees here know what they are doing and offer pragmatic solutions in addition to technical problem solving.
For many years, we have greatly appreciated the solution-oriented cooperation. Many individual adjustments so important for our agency group were implemented as quickly as possible. Solutions are always worked out at eye level. In particular, the short official channels and direct access to our consultants help us to react quickly and flexibly to the requirements of our day-to-day business. This gives us a security that is so relevant for us administratively. Thank you for the good cooperation.
After several failed attempts at agency software with other providers, we landed with because in 2019 thanks to positive experiences from employees - and are now more than happy.
We look after 3 companies at the same time and the networking between them now offers more transparency and the linking options make working immensely easier.
The employees are now much more independent in handling, short-term problems can be solved by the agency's own admin very quickly and self-sufficiently, that was very important to us. Because offers help for self-help.
The advice and customer service at easyjob are very fast, always friendly, customer-oriented and respond to the individual circumstances of the agency - the motto "There's no such thing as can't" seems to be firmly anchored here.
We are aware that no agency software can represent 100% everything that every individual company wants - but from our point of view, easyjob is close to it and is constantly developing.
The changeover from our old agency software to easyJob was very well supported by Because Software, so that we hardly had any problems during the changeover. Individual wishes were taken into account and ways were found to implement them. The contact to our customer consultant was perfect and even now (long after the implementation) someone is always available if there are further questions. The software is constantly updated and after an update there is an appropriate training. In contrast to our old agency software, easyJob is very flexible and can be much better adapted to individual needs.
We did not make the decision for a new agency software easy for ourselves and carefully examined and compared several providers. In the end, Easyjob was the clear winner of the competition. One must not get the wrong idea: The implementation of such a software is a very complex project! As an agency, you have to change familiar (and beloved...) processes, change ways of thinking, structure chaotic-creative workflows, invest time. You need the will to change, all employees have to go along with it. And you need a few colleagues who make it their business. Then the introduction works. We fought for several months, there was resistance, there were problems. But today we can't imagine our day-to-day agency life without Easyjob. We have benefited organizationally - and above all commercially. Today, we bill better, "lose" nothing and have significantly improved our profit. We therefore give Easjob full marks and can only recommend the program.
easyJOB from Because Software AG has made our workflows many times more efficient. The uncomplicated handling makes working a pleasure. In addition, the consultant contact and the support provided by the employees of Because Software AG are particularly noteworthy. We can and will recommend the program and the company without reservation.
Excellent software, well understandable. Good to handle after training. Good possibilities for individual additions. Super evaluations. The possibility to compile reports according to requirements is an extreme advantage over other ERP systems.
