From the initial consultation to the financing comparisons to the implementation with various banks, I felt very competently advised as a customer at all times and a very good result was achieved. And even though the process was completely phone-only due to the current situation, I didn't notice any difference compared to a face-to-face process.

We felt very well taken care of with our home financing with Eck & Oberg. The transition from realtor to financing discussion was seamless. Ms. Felgendreher is the heart of the company. She works with a lot of overview and informed us customers, especially in this very exciting time, where it is about yes also a lot of money, super friendly.
What annoyed us only was the fact that already 3 months after financing request commitment interest was charged. That was not communicated to us in such a way.
The atmosphere was always very pleasant and now after a few months in our own house, everything has worked out to our satisfaction.
Also for the future we will always come back to this excellent company for possible refinancing and are happy to be in such good hands.

I feel very well looked after at Eck & Oberg, in a financing matter for my condominium Eck & Oberg looked for the most favorable bank for me, so that I did not have to worry about anything - except for signatures ;-)

Even the clerk of the bank where the financing is going on said that everything was very well prepared and I can gladly pass on the praise.

The back office is top-notch! I usually receive individual offers within 24 hours. In complicated cases, there is an intensive exchange to find a suitable solution for the customer. I am incredibly happy to be able to work with such a good team!

Availability by phone during the stated opening hours is not always given.
Unfortunately, not all employees seem to have access to their colleagues' appointment calendars. This could be improved or the promised callback should then also take place promptly.
Otherwise, super performance and advice. We would always turn to Eck & Oberg again.
