The rating with consistently very good marks already shows the degree of our satisfaction - to put it in more concrete terms: From the very beginning a professional approach with very good tips and recommendations, which quickly led to the desired success - we were able to experience the contrast to another broker in the previous year.
Competent and friendly in the entire process, starting with the presentation of the property in the media, through well-organized, friendly but clear viewing organization and appointments, to good accessibility and ultimately the conclusion of the contract.
In addition, we were always kept up to date by Ms. Murphy, who was in charge of the transaction. Like the Eck company, she was always available, professional, unpretentious and friendly

From the initial consultation to the financing comparisons to the implementation with various banks, I felt very competently advised as a customer at all times and a very good result was achieved. And even though the process was completely phone-only due to the current situation, I didn't notice any difference compared to a face-to-face process.

I feel very well looked after at Eck & Oberg, in a financing matter for my condominium Eck & Oberg looked for the most favorable bank for me, so that I did not have to worry about anything - except for signatures ;-)

Even the clerk of the bank where the financing is going on said that everything was very well prepared and I can gladly pass on the praise.
