I'm sorry, I can only give a 5-star rating. Due to the rather spontaneous sale of the building we had been renting for just over two years, Mr. Eden was able to quickly present us with a range of high-quality properties suitable for an IT company. He always had new properties that had not yet been advertised, which was very helpful for us. We have now decided on a new property through him. All queries are answered quickly and professionally.

We were in an overwhelmed situation with a letting matter between a minor and a larger company. So we came up with the idea of bringing an expert on board. And we were very lucky.
Mr. Eden handled the matter very confidently and took care of everything immediately, although it was very nerve-wracking for everyone, especially as the family court also had to be involved. Mr. Eden always remained focused and calm.
In the end, it was the best decision to entrust Mr. Eden with this, it couldn't have gone better. Everyone is satisfied.
Unadulterated, competent, open, honest, spontaneous and committed are just a few of the qualities that should be mentioned here and are not often found these days.
Once again, a huge thank you from me for the tireless and uncomplicated cooperation.
