Especially with the new equipment, you can further increase your training individually. Due to the permanent support, the training is also optimally accompanied by the trainers.

I really like the training at eFITiv. I was a member years ago and can only recommend it now. I am well accompanied in the execution of the exercises and the atmosphere is friendly and trusting. Working out in a small group helps me to concentrate fully on the workout.

The atmosphere in the studio is very pleasant and the trainers are always on hand immediately if an exercise doesn't work out so well. The circuit training makes it easy to switch off your head and do exercise after exercise.

Great studio with excellent individual support and top equipment. The equipment is specifically for women and adapts to their own performance or Bedürfnisen.

I'm not usually a gym fan, but here it's fun and good for the body. The circuit is varied and individual exercises complement the training offer.

Great praise explicitly to the friendly, attentive and competent trainers.
