My name is Tayyar, I am 44 and I work as an entrepreneur. I joined Jonas because I wanted to regain my former fitness after a Corona break. I also wanted a kick start for future CrossX classes. Specifically, I wanted to lose fat, build muscle and get fitter.
Before training with Jonas, I felt unmotivated and unfit. I really enjoyed the training with Jonas because he pushed me to my personal limits during the training sessions. I would never have trained so effectively and hard on my own. He motivated me very well and we had a lot of fun. Through his expertise and I felt in good hands. So I was able to focus on giving it my all. He knew how to motivate me.
Despite my personal hurdles like intense job, little time and little knowledge, I was able to make tremendous progress. I was able to achieve my set goals, such as building muscle, losing fat and increasing my fitness, within an intensive training program after a short period of time. I feel much fitter, stronger and above all motivated to continue training at the level I have reached.
Jonas was able to help me enormously with my goals through his knowledge, his interpersonal skills and also through a lot of humor. I am very grateful to Jonas for the progress I have made with him.
