Overall, we are satisfied with Elbe Haus. The house was finished on time and there were no major defects.

After signing, the seller was only available to a limited extent, although he wanted to take care of KfW loans, etc.. Not all costs were made transparent in the consultation (e.g. obligatory multi-line introduction for just under 2000 euros), but that should be clear to everyone. Nevertheless, Elbe Haus was fair and all costs are explainable. One should simply plan for extra money so as not to be surprised.

The architect of Elbe Haus is a joke. There was no consultation. It was only implemented 1 to 1 what we as builders specified. Many things would have a real architect certainly planned differently. Never again with the architect R. T. from Elbe.

The construction manager was on site 5 times during the entire construction period. In return, the construction manager was always available and quickly remedied any defects that we, as owners, noticed.

The construction phase went very well and there were no long waiting times. We were regularly on the construction site and spoke to the construction manager on the phone once a week.

Outside trades that were working in the house praised the work of Elbe Haus.

Overall, we can recommend Elbe Haus to anyone with enough initiative and their own architect. The trades have worked cleanly and we are satisfied with the result.

Hello, we have now signed our contract with Elbe-Haus over a year ago and are unfortunately still waiting for our construction to begin. At this point in time, we would only recommend Elbe-Haus to a limited extent. Unfortunately, even deadlines set for us are not met and even emails are only answered very sporadically. Numerous delays make us more and more skeptical about Elbehaus.

Very positive overall impression so far!

At the moment, my wife and I are about to have our first architect meeting, which is included in the overall offer from Elbe-Haus. Therefore, I can describe my experience exclusively up to here.

Already the first contact with Mr. Ralf Maus was extremely positive and trusting. The first meeting took place directly on site on the offered property. Every question was answered in a pleasantly professional manner (e.g. land transfer tax, orientation of the plot (important here, as the offered plot still had to be divided)).

The subsequent consultation in the builder's center was also extremely informative and made it easy for us to decide in favor of Elbe-Haus. The fact that our child was present and needed shorter breaks was not a problem.

Mr. Maus was and is always the contact person and responds to inquiries within a very short time. Even rather new requests (preliminary energy certificate, etc.) were solved very quickly. After placing the order, Mr. Maus lost no time and immediately had the soil survey done, construction fences put up and the property cleared/cleared.

All in all, a very competent contact person and to be recommended without reservation.

We have just finished our Elbe House in Grünewalde. From the beginning we were very well accompanied. First with Mr. Pysarczuk and Mr. Kallert. They had the patience of angels with us, and we were not easy customers. We had constant changes. And each time they were great partners. They calmly went through everything with us again and again. Mr. Pysarczuk always came back later to inform us and ask questions. You have to look for people like that in this day and age. Our site manager, Mr. Schwarz, was also super. How often has he helped us and stood by us with his great experience, has shown us advantages and disadvantages of our ideas. If we would build now again, then with these absolute professionals. We would recommend Elbe House to anyone because we were never alone. No question was left unanswered, every worry was taken away from us, every problem (which there were not many) was solved. The construction time was kept despite the crisis and we feel completely comfortable. Many thanks to Mr. Meseck, as our construction manager, who took care of our dream house with full competence and Mr. Schlaak, as our salesman, who was there for us far beyond his duties. We have always had respect for building a house and have had such a wonderful time with this construction company.

We have been living in our house in Alt-Hohenschönhausen for 7 years now. We were very satisfied with our developer Elbe-Haus from the very beginning. Our desired floor plan for our bungalow was also implemented here. Elbe-Haus responded to the difficult construction conditions during the development of all the plots in our building area by extending the construction period. We are still very grateful for this today. Elbe-Haus always had an open ear for our problems.
We also particularly liked the builder's center, where we were able to gather sufficient information about the equipment and construction method for our house in advance.
Building with Elbe-Haus was a very positive experience. That is why we are happy to recommend Elbe-Haus to others.

Elbehaus is certainly not the cheapest house provider, but many services are already included that come on top with other providers. This ultimately convinced us and we are also satisfied with the professional competence and quality after completion of the construction work.
Elbehaus has civil engineering in-house, which was also an important criterion for us, but most of the other trades also worked together flawlessly. In most cases, customer wishes are taken into account. From our point of view, it should be emphasized that even in the current situation, Elbe gets along without any disputes about cost increases or construction delays! Many thanks for this!

We were very satisfied with our saleswoman, Ines Dolling. She was always there for us, always had an open ear and when we were stuck, she took care of it. We were also very satisfied with the individual trades. Everyone did a really good job. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to avoid minor disagreements between the individual trades or the construction manager. In the end, it is important that the communication is right.
