*Female empowerment* - currently on everyone's lips and yet so fitting when it comes to Elena. She has the magical gift of always asking the right questions in order to analyze, reflect and gain insights. Elena shines inside and out and also brings this to light in other women. I took part in the Rauhnächten for the first time and was/am totally thrilled! Everything was incredibly lovingly and at the same time professionally prepared, and the exchange in the group was also very close and intimate. The meditations were very powerful and I was able to get involved straight away, which definitely has to do with Elena's wonderful voice, which is simply very warm and sonorous. Thank you to Elena and her team, and also to the other participants, for creating such an intimate space during and after the Rauhnächte!

This year I was able to experience the Rauhnächte for the first time with Elena's intensive guidance. We were given a workbook in advance with explanations of the Rauhnächte and exercises for the individual days. Every day, Elena provided us with video messages, audio files and meditations tailored to the individual Rauhnacht.
Personally, I particularly enjoyed Elena's calming manner, her beautiful voice and the wonderful music. Even though I wasn't able to be there as intensively due to illness, I reflected on a lot of things and became more mindful of what I was experiencing. It was a wonderful experience and I would like to thank Elena for this great experience and the intensive days. 100% recommendable!

Review: Elenas Rauhnächte - A journey full of love and experiences

Elena's accompaniment through the Rauhnächte was an extraordinary time for me, created with a lot of love and knowledge. The workbook, the audios and the wonderful meditations offer a unique experience during the Rauhnächte.

The workbook is well structured and provides information about each day. It guides the reader step by step through the different phases of the Rauhnächte and offers reflection questions to deepen the experience.

The audios accompany you through the Rauhnächte with the typical "Elena warmth" and offer a wonderful addition to the workbook.

Elena's voice is soothing and empathetic, which makes it easy to empathize with the meditations and visualizations, and the content is profound and thought-provoking. You can feel the dedication Elena has put into the choice of music and the meditations.

All in all, Elena's Rauhnächte is a wonderful work that is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. It inspires you to consciously experience this special time. It is a unique and enriching experience.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Elena's Rauhnächte and am grateful for her guidance that went into these days.

Elena embodies pure femininity for me. She helps to strengthen this femininity with good and concrete incentives. The guided meditations during the Raunächten were very effective. The videos and audio files also give you a lot of input and guide you through this special time of the Raunächte. In the calls, she brought in a few more instruments to get in the mood for the topics. I can only recommend working with Elena. You feel very well guided and welcomed. She looks after her clients with great care and attention.

Elena did a human reading for me. It confirms to me that many character traits and traits are naturally in my DNA. At the same time, she shows me even more hidden sides. I found the reading particularly valuable in relation to my career and position in a company.

Retreat | black forest

A meeting with strangers and yet it felt like WE were friends... It was amazing & I can still feel the energy today. We cried together, laughed together, danced together & could do anything. ✨

I was able to take part in Elena's women's retreat in the Black Forest. I enjoyed the peace and quiet from everyday life, the company of 8 like-minded women and the very inspiring time. From the very first moment, this weekend was magical. The two retreat leaders Elena and Anastasia were so harmonious together, complemented each other perfectly and prepared and organized the weekend full of love. The time in nature - sometimes loud, sometimes quiet - did us all good. I can recommend this experience to everyone and Elena's retreat.

The retreat was one of my best decisions!
3 days in peace and harmony with nature. The retreat was designed with an incredible amount of love. The cacao ceremony was absolutely magical! I embarked on a journey to myself, let go of old things, gained incredible insights
and grew beyond myself.
I made a deep connection with myself and the participants.
These days cannot be put into pictures or words - you have to experience them!

I am so thrilled with the retreat. It was a wonderful and very special experience with Elena and also Anastasia. They put so much energy, love and passion into everything and responded to all the women and their needs. As soon as I entered the house I felt like I was expected by friends. We laughed, cried and learned so much together. Sometimes all at the same time. I received so much clarity and also found myself through an extremely deep meditation. There was only one point of criticism from all the participants: we would have liked to have extended it for another 1-2 days. Apart from that, everything - meditation, yoga, the mindfulness exercises, our conversations and the cohesion of the whole group - was simply unforgettable. I went back home with no expectations, but with clarity, lightness and friends. I am so grateful for these two wonderful women.

Wow, the conversation with Elena was incredibly inspiring and insightful. She took an incredible amount of time. Very authentic and empathetic. You can just tell that she puts her heart and passion into it and really wants to get the best out of you.
